Remember VH1′s “Real Chance Of Love” the reality television dating game show featuring two brothers Ahmad Givens (Real) and Kamal Givens (Chance), of the rap group The Stallionares, and former contestants on I Love New York?
Well Real aka Ahmad Givens, who had that long lovely hair has been diagnosed with stage four colon cancer, which has spread to his lungs and liver, he is currently hospitalized. From what little we know of stage IV colon cancer, here is some info:
Stage IV Colon Cancer – The cancer has spread from the colon to distant organs and tissues such as the liver, lungs, peritoneum, or ovaries.
In most cases surgery is unlikely to cure these cancers. However, if only a few small areas of cancer spread (metastases) are present in the liver or lungs and they can be completely removed along with the colon cancer, surgery may help you live longer and may even cure you. Chemo is typically given as well, before and/or after surgery. In some cases, hepatic artery infusion may be used if the cancer has spread to the liver.

A rep for Real who starred with his brother on the popular dating show ‘Real Chance’ tells TMZ he first got sick in January with what he thought was the flu.
We’re told Real went back to the hospital at least 4 times and was initially told something was wrong with his liver but last week doctors informed him it was colon cancer.
Stage four generally means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body.
We’re told the rapper-turned-reality-star will remain hospitalized at least until docs figure out what kind of treatment chemotherapy, radiation, or both he will require. The rep says they expect a decision from doctors today. (RealityWives.net via TMZ)
We wish Ahmad all the best, get well soon. Post your prayers and words of love and encouragement below.
